Zooming on chromatograms and spectra

Hold Ctrl/Cmd and drag to zoom in on a chromatogram or a spectrum.

On chromatograms:

  • Drag left/right to zoom retention time on all chromatograms

  • Drag up/down to zoom the signal on the current chromatogram only

  • Drag diagonally to zoom both

Spectra can be zoomed by m/z only.

Reset and restore zoom:

  • Full-range zoom: Ctrl/Cmd+double-click, or the Zoom icon in the card header

  • Previous zoom: Alt/Option+Z on chromatograms, the Zoom icon on spectra

Resizing chromatograms

Width: drag the border between chromatograms and spectra. This changes the width of all chromatogram cards.

Height: drag the bottom edge of a chromatogram card:

  • Drag: resize this card

  • Shift+drag: resize all cards

  • Double-click: expand to the window height, double-click again to restore

Sizes are saved in your browser only and apply to all injections with chromatograms of the same names.

Chromatogram cards reordering

Hover over a chromatogram header and click the Reorder cards icon. In the dialog:

  • Drag a chromatogram to a new position

  • Ctrl/Cmd+↑/↓: move one step

  • Arrow icons or Shift+Ctrl/Cmd+↑/↓: move to the top or bottom

The order is saved in your browser only and applies to all injections with chromatograms of the same names.
