Unknown analytes in LCMS batches
You can have all the unknowns from the whole batch displayed in a table or a chart. For this you first need to add a Visualization:

When choosing "Injections as rows" you’ll see columns like
… UnknownPeak cnt -
When selecting "Peaks as rows" visualization, you need to select Unknown peaks checkbox to filter out the known peaks
After that you can build charts like this:
This allows visualizing trends, e.g. it’s possible that you have the same side product in the same type of reactions. Which is especially handy in reaction screening HTE experiments.
