How do you share the data with us?

You can choose from 2 options:

1. Use Peaksel SaaS (either public or private). If you already use it, you'll simply need to grant us the access to specific batches. No need for additional data transfer.
2. Alternatively you can install Peaksel on-prem, expose it and give us credentials to sign in. This way the data doesn't leave your company.

In both cases you can restrict our access after we're done.

What you get in return?

The actual results depend on your requirements, but generally it's:

1. Selected peaks with their areas and other calculations
2. Table reports, visualizations, statistics
3. The data is live, interactive (not PDFs). You can drill down and make your own modifications if needed.
4. You can also fetch most of the data using programmatic API and integrate it into your systems automatically

How long does it take?

Usually you get the results the next day or sooner. Ultimately, it depends on your requirements and the quality of your chromatography. If the chromatography is perfect, it usually takes us several minutes to process and verify a 1536 plate. With average to bad quality it may take hours or even a day.

Pricing model

We have flexible pricing model - hourly or per-plate prices. To get a better estimate of how much it'll cost, we'll run a plate or two for free for you.

We can also train your scientists to do data processing themselves. In many cases Peaksel does everything for you anyway.

How good are we?

Instead of guessing and promising, we suggest you give us a couple of your plates, and we process them for free. Then you can decide if you want to work with us. We can even do this on a call with you.
