Public Mass Spectrometry & Chromatography database

Peaksel Hub is available for everyone to upload their HPLC/Mass Spec data. If you share your data publicly, this would allow your data to be used by other researches for method development, creating models/simulations, scientific reviews, etc.

As opposed to other databases, Peaksel provides:

  • Interactive data - you can view chromatograms and spectra right in the browser (example)

  • Programmatic API and SDK to access the metadata and signals in open format

  • Public access - anyone can upload their LCMS injections and, optionally, share them publicly

  • Not limited to Mass Spectrometry - any LC/GC/SFC-coupled detector will do

Currently, our Hub isn’t funded by any organization. We provide free tier to upload limited amount of data, but this isn’t enough to build a large database. Hence, if you represent an organization willing to invest in open science, please reach out: collab@elsci.io

Alternatively, you can become a commercial client and pay for your resources yourself. Peaksel is very cheap, and we’re always happy to give discounts to support open science.
