Free chromatography software

There are 2 ways of using Peaksel for free:

  1. Peaksel Hub has Fee Plan. It does have limitations, but if you don’t have a lot of data, it may be enough. Sometimes we extend the free space for companies that are under a lot of financial stress.

  2. If you’re in academia, you can install Peaksel on one of your University servers for free. Ideally, there should be one instance of Peaksel for the whole organization. And students can all share it instead of everyone installing it for themselves. It’s a web app, leverage that!

For commercial organizations that need more, both paid Peaksel Hub and Private SaaS are extremely cheap - cheaper than anything on the market. A typical small-medium biotech will spend 200-500$ monthly for the whole company. And for this price they’ll get:

  • Chromatogram processing capabilities

  • Batch-processing for high-throughput experiments

  • Batch-level statistics, visualizations, reports

  • Advanced Mass Spectrometry processing: multiply charged species, different adducts and their combinations, etc.

  • Anyone in the company will be able to access the data

  • Programmatic API and SDK allow to import data, export data, do your own processing and customization, as well as integrate it with in-house systems.
