Molecule and Event Registry from Revvity Signals
Correctly importing data from Revvity Signals is a very tedious process: the API is very complicated, there are a lot of quirks and hard-to-notice defects. Luckily, we’ve already written the ETLs to transfer the events and related structures from Signals, including:
-
Synthesis of molecules (the usual and Parallel experiments). Both the reactants and products end up in the Event Registry.

Compounds
It’s likely that you’ll need to import different events too. We’ll provide the source code for the ETLs that you can modify if needed.
Reverse integration
Once the data is in Molevent, you can also use it as the source of information. Other systems like ELNs can fetch necessary information by passing the IDs or Structures to Molevent API.
Other integrations
We’re planning to add support for more off-the-shelf products, let us know if you have something particular in mind: support@elsci.io
Additionally, we can help you write ETLs for your in-house systems.
