Crystallography Puck Registry

Crystallography pucks can be registered through the Pucks page. A puck goes through these stages:

  1. Scientists fill it with harvested crystals from within their Experiments

  2. They can generate a list of crystals for the submission to a beamline

  3. Crystals within the puck can be marked as passed/failed diffraction

  4. Customizable properties can be associated with the crystals in the pucks

  5. After the puck is returned, it can be cleared for future reuse

If at some point a puck needs to be deleted, all the crystals associated with it stay - it’s just the puck is archived and won’t be shown in the list.
